This is one the best stays you can ever have in South Goa. The property is located at an amazing location with breathtaking ocean view. The beach is super clean and very less crowded. Do take their room with full ocean view for the best experience. Their food is also amazing and really delicious .

Great place. Good service and awesome location! We love to stay here every time we visit South Goa. Although these are shack stays and not hotels, they are very comfortable and convenient. Any issues are catered to by the staff and your stay is guaranteed to be one that creates good memories.

We went there in the month of Oct'23 as a family of 4, including 2 kids. Great view from the room and that compensate for everything. They have started very recently. Most of the time there was no water in the washroom. We had to call/message multiple times. Shower was not working. No hot water facility, if kids and old people are around. When requested, we got just half a bucket of hot water :( Rooms staff were not reachable most of the time. Their response was very slow. They also have a Restaurant, staff there are really good and helpful. Their services were quick. I would have rated 5 star if the room amenities were well maintained. This is an amazing place to hang out with family. Beautiful sea view which takes you to a world of ecstacy.. I would definitely visit again, provided the above said things are taken care.

It was wonderful, pleasant and awesome stay.. Hospitality was superb.... Thanks and definitely we would like to visit again here only if God gives opportunity to come Goa again.

This place is in nice location but challenge is that rooms and overall property is not well maintained. If you are on budget trip then this place is fine otherwise there are much better properties on agonda beach

This is a very bad place to stay I am from Bengaluru let me list out my bad experience after I took a beach facing room paying 4.5k 1. No WiFi as claimed by the property 2. No water was available to flush in the morning 3. The front side of the room is transparent and doesn't have proper curtains It is very embarrassing to change clothes 4. Sometimes the whole room Shakes like having an earthquake 5 curtain bars are broken 6. No hot water 7. The door locks are in a bad shape Nothing is good except its spacious not worth paying 4.5k
